Skin Glaze Smoothie

Inspired by the viral Hailey Bieber smoothie from Erewhon, this is our more balanced PCOS/PMOS-friendly version. It combines strawberries, hidden zucchini, satisfying fats and Inner Beauty Collagen Peptides for a creamy smoothie that feels like a treat while supporting skin health and steadier energy.

Ingredients:

Smoothie Base

1 scoop InnerBeauty Collagen
1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries
1/2 frozen zucchini, peeled
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter
1/4 cup coconut cream or plain coconut yoghurt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: A few drops of monk fruit or stevia, or 1 soft pitted date for additional sweetness

Optional Strawberry Glaze

2 strawberries
1 teaspoon coconut cream
Stevia, to taste

Optional Coconut Cream Topping

2 tablespoons chilled coconut cream

Instructions:

To make the optional strawberry glaze, blend the strawberries, coconut cream and stevia until smooth.
Spoon the glaze around the inside of your serving glass.
Add all of the smoothie base ingredients to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass.
Top with chilled coconut cream, if using, and enjoy immediately.
